[toggle title=”Handmade”]All of our items are handmade for your pet, once we receive your order. We aim to have all orders fulfilled within 14 days, and will let you know if it’s going to take longer than that.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”Ordering”]While we have several thousand metres of ribbon in stock, we don’t keep each design in stock. Most of our ribbon supplies are ordered from Australia, so we are able to order and ship within 14 days. If we need to order the items from overseas, we will update you if the 14 day time frame is pushed out.
During the ordering process, you will note that any items we don’t have in stock, will advise that it’s “Available on Back Order”. [/toggle]
